Yes, since the fee corresponds to the communication subject to publication, not to the presentation.

All the authors of the paper must be registered for the conference and have paid the corresponding fee in order to present their communication, regardless of whether they take part in the presentation or not. For example, if the paper has five authors, even if only two present the communication at the conference (on-site or online), each of the five authors must pay the corresponding fee. Otherwise, their name will not appear as an author of the communication nor, in the event that it is published after the relevant peer review, in the journal chapter.

No. Only communications positively evaluated by blind peer review of the Scientific Committee will be published either as a book chapter in a national or international publisher indexed in SPI (Ranking: Scholarly Publishers Indicators) with Quartile Q1 and/or as an article in a journal.

Once the registration fee for the conference has been paid, according to membership type or conditions and registration deadline, ParatradIT will neither refund the fee nor allow any modifications.

If ParatradIT cancels the conference scheduled for March 2026 for any reason, it will refund 100% of the amount paid to all registered participants.
