The deadline to register for the conference is February 1, 2026, for both speakers and attendees. Speakers must attach the abstract of their presentation in the corresponding form.

We will review your proposal as soon as possible. If accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.

You may make the payment from 1 September 2025 until 1 February 2026. Please remember that if you are entitled to a discount, you must submit the corresponding supporting documentation.

Only if you are eligible for a discount. This can be a proof of enrollment/membership or a similar document.

Photograph with a white background
You only need to send it if you are a speaker. It will be published on the website, social media, and the conference abstract book.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policies
Once the registration fee for the conference has been paid, according to membership type or conditions and registration deadline, ParatradIT will neither refund the fee nor allow any modifications.
Cancellation of the conference by ParatradIT
If ParatradIT cancels the conference scheduled for March 2026 for any reason, it will refund 100% of the amount paid to all registered participants.
