*Any communication positively rated by blind peer review from the Scientific Committee will be published, either as a book chapter or a journal article, by a foreign publisher indexed in SPI (Ranking: Scholarly Publishers Indicators) with Quartile Q1.

The acquisition of a certificate of attendance is optional and has an additional cost of €15. To be eligible for it, attendance to 80% of the sessions is mandatory.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation and refund policies

Once the Congress registration fee has been paid, according to the membership tier and registration period, ParatradIT will not refund nor will allow further modifications.

Congress cancellation by ParatradIT

If ParatradIT were to cancel the Congress, to be held in March 2024, for any reason, the entirety of the registration fee would be refunded.

Infographics and posters

The presentation of infographics and posters will be made on an exhibition wall within the ParatradIT2024-UVigo-T&P website. Each track wall will be launched after the plenary lectures.
