Registration includes:

  • Attendance and participation for the three days
  1. In all cases, online registration is required. To do so, follow the link:  Formulario de inscripción.
  2. Then, each participant must send, together with the proof of bank transfer, a photo of themselves taken on a white background to techling21@gmail.com, including full name.
  3. ATTENTION: registration will only be complete once the bank transfer has been confirmed and verified and the bank receipt and photo have been received.

The processing of personal data is in accordance with the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December 2018, on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights

Reimbursement

The deadline to cancel the payment of registration is December 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. (GMT), and the refund will be made after applying a 50€ penalty. As of the aforementioned date, the cancellation of registrations will not be possible and no refunds of any kind will be made or under any supervening conditions, including change of the date of the congress. If the reason for canceling your registration is due to non-acceptance of your communication proposal, 100% of the tuition fee will be returned.

To request a refund, send an e-mail to the following address: techling21@gmail.com, attaching a copy of the payment of the registration fee. If the payment was made by bank transfer, please indicate the complete number of the bank account, which must be the same as the one from which the transfer was made.
