CFP – The Universal and The Culture-based in the Language Worldview
The conference is dedicated to the up-to-date trends in modern linguistic studies –reflection of the world in different languages, universal laws of this process and its culture-based features. The conference participants will discuss the role of this phenomenon in the linguistic training of specialists whose professional activity is associated with foreign languages.
The following issues are to be discussed:
1. Language and conceptual view of the world
2. Linguistic universals as well as cultural-based features of different levels of a language
3. Science of translation in the context of intercultural communication
4. Worldview in the works of fiction
5. Dialogue of cultures within interlanguage communication training
6. Phraseological worldview in different languages
Conference working languages are Belarusian, Russian, and English.
